Long Ryders London Shows

The Long Ryders Live in London: Postponed
Friends, the two Long Ryders concerts scheduled for next month have been moved to May 2023 at 229 The Venue in London. As many of you know the original venue is owned by a friend of Vladimir Putin’s and under the present 🇺🇦 political climate no act is comfortable performing there.
We desperately tried to find a substitute London venue for these two gigs but everything was booked.
As the Long Ryders are planning a big European tour next spring it made sense to have these two shows, originally scheduled to celebrate our winning the AMA-UK’s wonderful Trailblazers Award, as part of our 2023 tour.
The Long Ryders sincerely apologise to anyone who has been inconvenienced here. The band has been working hard trying to find a solution to this situation and decided the best way forward was to cancel playing UTB and relocate the gigs to a venue with no overtones for next year’s tour. We hope everyone reading this understands.
Slava Ukraini! And see you next year.
