The Premio Ciampi Songwriters Conference
On 14th November 2002, Sid was presented with a Lifetime Achievement award at the Premio Ciampi Songwriters Conference in Italy.
He appeared on several panels during the conference, performed live on national Italian radio and even gave a (mercifully short) acceptance speech in Italian! In December 2004 Sid Griffin performed at the festival again for their tenth anniversary festivities.
